Orders received from NHS Forth Valley and the Noble's Hospital, Isle of Man

NHS Forth Valley has become the latest Health Board in Scotland to select Unisoft as their Endoscopy System Supplier.   This brings the number of Health Board users in Scotland to 7 and further reinforces Unisoft as the system of choice for Scottish Endoscopists.  Forth Valley covers Falkirk & District Royal Infirmary and Stirling Royal Infirmary

Unisoft won the contract despite competition from all the main Endoscopy System suppliers in the UK.

In addition to our GI and Bronchoscopy Reporting Tools, Forth Valley are the first Scottish board to purchase our new Cystoscopy Reporting Tool.   The contract also includes eight Image Capture kits across the three specialities and the standard Scottish PAS interface using wIntegrate to download data from COMPAS or TOPAS.

Forth Valley has also expressed an interest in implementing our new Scheduling Module to assist in meeting the 9 week wait for Endoscopy Tests.

The Noble's Hospital on the Isle of Man has ordered a SQL Server version of our GI, Bronchoscopy and Cystoscopy Reporting Tools together with four Image Capture Kits.  They will also be transferring their data from EndoScribe using Unisoft's free utility Transcribe.  They will order the PAS interface when the current procurement for a new PAS is completed.

Unisoft will be visiting the hospital in early December to reconnoitre the endoscopy rooms for the image capture cabling and to discuss the logistics of installation and training.
