Another six hospitals install the GI Reporting Tool

The Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh went live on 16th May with Unisoft replacing their in-house DERIC system.   Since then Leith Community Treatment Centre has also started using the Unisoft system leaving the remaining 2 sites to be implemented in early June.

South of the border, the Cobalt NHS Treatment Centre, Newcastle implemented Unisoft.  Cobalt is part of Ramsay Health Care – formerly the Capio Group.  Cobalt went for our GI Reporting Tool with a single image capture kit.  Their PAS interface will be implemented in the late summer.

Then we installed at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital which also includes Axminster Hospital and Tiverton Hospital.  They have gone for the SQL version of our GI Reporting Tool with the Bronchoscopy Reporting Tool.  They have six image capture kits and an HL7 PAS interface.  They will be transcribing their EndoScribe data after the training has been delivered and when the system goes fully live in June.
