The Cystoscopy Reporting Tool is modelled on Unisoft’s GI Reporting Tool and follows the same successful formulae for producing cycstoscopy reports for urologists in the field of urological medicine.

The flexible cystoscopy report allows for recording History and Indications, Examination notes, Findings and Diagnoses and follow-up notes. It also records the instrument used and prescribed antibiotics, along with biopsy’s taken and embeds Digital Endoscopic Image Captures.
